Mimosa 3 oz orange juice 1 oz champagne In tall flute glass, first pour orange juice, then champagne. Do not stir — you’ll lose the bubbles! Pumpkin Pie Cocktail

Ok, so it sounds odd. But give it a try — it’s delicious! 1 oz Malibu rum (substitute vanilla rum if you’re not keen on coconut flavor) 1 oz Kahlua 4 oz milk 1/3 tsp cinnamon 1 TBSP pumpkin pie filling (depending on desired taste) Graham cracker crumbs (very finely crushed) Blend all ingredients together in a blender with a few cubes of ice. August 2009 — Chocolate Cake Shot

August is my birth month. Help me celebrate: Chocolate Cake Shot 1/2 oz Frangelico hazelnut liqueur 1/2 oz Stoli vanilla vodka sugar lemon Frost the rim of an old-fashioned glass with sugar and lemon. Add the vanilla vodka and Frangelico hazelnut liqueur; stir together. Lick the sugar rim, shoot the mixture, and bite a piece of lemon. As summer heats up, beer sales skyrocket. Here’s how we enjoy ours.
